Blarney Stone CupCakes

Every year around St.Patrick's Day, I make these cupcakes.
Sweet and salty, the perfect Irish treat!
(well, I don't know if they're really Irish - but I like to think so...)
Gather your ingredients to make vanilla cupcakes:
Homemade or box mix, it's up to you.
Make or purchase a vanilla frosting.
Bake the cupcakes according to the recipe or mix instructions.
 Let cool.
Chop 1 cup of Salted Cocktail Peanuts.
Frost cookies with vanilla frosting - I made my own butter cream frosting.
Hold each cupcake upside down and dip into a bowl of the chopped nuts.
This will top each cupcake well w/peanuts.
