ANGEL LEMON BARS

Only 4 ingredients!
Light and fluffy bars with a lemon zing.
And....they're low fat! - no kidding, they are!
Angel Lemon Bars
1 box of Angel Food Cake Mix
1 can of Lemon Creme Pie Filling
Powdered Sugar (3/4 to 1 cup)
Juice of one lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the Angel Food Cake Mix package with the Lemon Filling.

Stir, until combined.  Even the batter is light and airy.
Spread evenly in a greased jelly roll pan or stone.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are light golden brown.

The above picture is after the glaze is set, and ready for the sprinkle of powdered sugar.
Let cool.  Mix the juice of one lemon (take out the seeds!) with enough powdered sugar to make a glaze.  (sorry I didn't get pictures of this step) Poke holes with a fork about every 2" in the cake.  Spread the glaze evenly over the cake bars.  When the glaze is set (about 15 minutes) - sprinkle on powdered sugar.  Cut into bars and ENJOY!
I took these bars to a church luncheon and they quickly disappeared.
Hope you enjoy!
Keep Calm and Kerri On!
