MONSTER COOKIES

 

 

MONSTER COOKIES - makes 18 monster-sized cookies

 



1-1/4 cups Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Butter (softened)

1 cup Sugar

1 cup packed Brown Sugar
3 large Eggs (beaten)

2 teaspoons Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Corn Syrup

3/4 teaspoon Vanilla

4-1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats

1-1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

1-1/2 cup M&Ms (divided)

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar together.

Add beaten eggs, baking soda, corn syrup and vanilla.

Mix well.

Stir in oats, chocolate chips and 1 cup of the M&Ms.

Drop by 1/4 cup onto ungreased cookie sheet (or baking stone). Smash slightly with hand.
Top with up to 5 M&Ms per cookie.
Bake 18 - 24 minutes until lightly brown.
Let rest for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
